Texture is inside of mesh

I am making a hammer, and I am currently at the texturing part.
I have found textures and everything fine. I just am running into a problem with the UV Mapping.

Now im not sure if you can notice it. But the texture is on the inside of the Model…As this is a problem for my touching up, i cannot work with this.
This is what the model looks like as a solid.

Is there anything i can do to the 3D view to make it come out correctly (or as i want it to)?

That means your normals are facing inwards, so recalculate them (Ctrl-N).
