i cant find bump displacement option to give it displacement and bump. please help me

For displacement you really need to enable adaptive subdivision (the sub-div modifier).

For bum, there’s a bump node (or a normal map node if you are using a normal map). Plug your bump map/normal map into that accordingly, and plug the output into the normal of the principled shader.

Also you need to have Cycles selected as the render engine as Eevee doesn’t support shader displacement.
