Texture Paint Issue

Hi there, I’m noob to blender. Came across this issue when using texture painting in Cycles, after setting up the texture paint, unwrap UV and all that. Nothing can be Texture Drawn on the surface except Texture Filling working just fine. DId anyone come across that before? It happens on the particular model I am working on, I have no issue painting on other primitives…

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve just figured out that I had a black texture selected under the Tools>Texture setting which renders every stroke appears nothing.
