If you are every in the unfortunate position that you have to use the recover last session, then in the recovered file all the paths to the texture maps are wrong.
Not a terrible bug but if you’ve got a lot of textures it makes the recover session a bit useless.

Yes, he’s gently pointing you toward a better solution than just complaining about a bug in a public discussion forum.
Following the link he provided you are first asked for your username and password to log onto a web site. If you don’t have these things then just click the link marked “New Account”.
Once you are a member of the site and can log on you will see that the link he provided is to the bug tracker. There you can file a detailed bug report on the problem you are talking about. That way there is a chance that the problem can actually… get fixed.
I’m assuming that he “can’t be bothered to type” all these words because he’s assuming that all this would be obvious to someone with a post count of 611. But then again, sometimes he can just be plain grumpy. But we love him anyway.

I’ll be honest this is the fourth bug I’ve reported and I’ve yet to have anyone simply say thanks for pointing it out. It’s always generally a pain in the arse because of people like you.
Actually thats not true, loopduplicate kindly passed on a bug, once.
your browsers privacy settings might be too restrictive check on tool->options->privacy tab for Firefox or explorer.
Cheers I’ll have a look at that, but I think it’s because I access the internet through my phone.
