Texture question

Hey all,

It’s been some time since I last used blender and I already ran into a little problem.

In my cartoon styled game, I made a black outline around my objects using a duplicate object.
By scaling it up a little, turning it black and flip the normals inside out you can make a black line around your object.

When I am modelling I see the entire shape in black, while in game it still works.
And that’s really annoying when I want an overview on the game.
So does anyone know how to flip the normals so that you see it when you are outside of gameplay?
