Texture Stretching

Hi. When I apply a texture to a cube, the render picture looks fine, but when I go into game mode, the texture stretches out infinantley on the z axis. Yes, I have the texture set on cube, not on plane. I have been trying to fix this problem for hours. What’s wrong?

could you upload the .blend?

Did you apply it in the Materials panel or just in the UV Window?
If you just apply it in the UV Window, it will show right in the 3D Window but it won’t mean it’s set right.
