Texture tute indepth

I have never stumbled across any really deep texture tutes of the type that covered procedural textures mapping.

With examples of the map input and map to functions.
Example of when and why use glob orco stick win and refl and how they are different.

Examples of stencil neg and no rgb

Are there any tutes likes these or did the subject just drift out of range.
