Texture works in one scene, doesnt work in another

The same exactly image of the owl is rendered in Reward scene and is not rendering in HUD Screen for overlaying Scene

The same GLSL mode! Just another plane and the same material. why doesnt it work?

What about your material configurations? is it configured to work with images with alpha channel?

I used here the addon “import images as planes”
