This evening I was practicing uv unwrapping and using paint shop to texture my map. But all the edges are still showing. I used the fill bucket but it didn’t cover the lines/edges.
I marked the seams then switched it to faces and selected all the object. Then unwrapped the object and proceeded to save and load into paintshop. The only thing I can think I might be doing wrong is selecting all instead of individual faces.
My monkey head was all lines and the tutorial was covered completely.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I am understanding you correctly, you might need to use different layers in your image program. The UV image that shows the outlines should be used as a “blue print”. You should applying your textures on different layers.
When you go to save your image, turn off the layer with the UV outlines and it should work fine?
Here is a picture of whats happening.
Also this is in Texture Paint. When I go to object mode the trunk turns gray.
Going back to watch tutorials again
The map
Like Odedge say have those UV lines in separate layer. Use is as a guideline only while painting. And don’t render it when outputting the image file.
As for looking at it in Object mode, have View Port Shading set to “Textured.”
Oh thank you!
I get what your saying. That’s what those layers are for! I guess I get to involved and need a fresh perspective/
