That place where people usually sleep in

Hello again, dear Blender folks
Here goes a render of a nice little bedroom that, after we presented to the client, I got to fiddle around with the model in order to try to improve the final image and learn a little bit for the next time. Well, I can’t say I’m happy with the result, but I’m calling this done and moving on. Modeled in Blender, first time trying to render with Octane Free Tier, also a first time doing some post with Affinity Photo. Some assets from 3DSky, Chocofur, Imeshh and some other lost places over the internet.

Did you model the bed in blender ?

The bed is a Frankenstein.

Base of the bed and back pillows came from here: https://3dsky.org/3dmodels/show/bed_388
Blankets from here: https://3dsky.org/3dmodels/show/bed_set_6
Front pillows were taken from here: https://imeshh.com/product/grand-duvet-bed/
Headboard was modeled by me and all the models above were somewhat modified, little sculpts here and there, also all the shaders were remade.

I did another version that maybe brings a little more realism to the lighting and a more inviting atmosphere, less wintery I guess. I don’t know what it is, but I think I like this one better. It was a quick and dirty test with a lot of playing within Affinity Photo, but now I don’t know how to replicate what I did with a higher resolution and less noisy image :joy::man_shrugging:

Anyway, if anyone has any opinion about it, I would like to hear.
