Here’s an interesting concept I made, quick practice made in a couple of hours, hope you like it!
I’m curious, how do you make such a neat looking scene in only 2 hours? I struggle to just model, texture, and render a single, very simple character. Do you use an asset library and premade textures? I’d love to know.
Hi! thanks for your kind words!
well, when I say a couple of hours, well, it miiiight be like 4 or 5, but either way, I don’t use an asset library, except for the flower. Even that had to be tweaked a little bit so I modeled and textured everything, and created the shader graphs using some textures I found online but none of them was a “plug and play” usage, maybe the thing that took the most time was the book, had a lot of fun making that one, as well as all the final little tweaks of composition, colour, and lighting. my approach is to make the scenes as quickly as possible but without taking any shortcuts that could affect the quality, for example, I could’ve easily spent half an hour making the textures of the little pot, but with clever usage of UV’s and nodes, you don’t really need to.
