Thanks to Adaptivity (integrated by Scorpion81), you have control over density. It will make for better, lighter exports (e.g for baking) and will impact strongly sculpting also preserving detail where needed, removing polys where not.

Overall no doubt it is very strong Rounded Corners workflow. Blender’s becoming very powerful in this front (including Bevel modifier improvements, Bevel shader).

I think Mesh filtering has a few more issues to iron out. Also as already mentioned a few times, the only remaining facet is figuring out how to feed a Collection to remesher as otherwise all meshes need to be manually joined (modifiers collapsed). But these are minor inconveniences for now.
