I added them in Gimp i found some great images at Pixabay of lens flare and dust a lot of copy and paste and changing colors.
If you want to make lenses in blender i recommend following blenderguru tutorial about the earth.

It looks quite good, while I personally think it would be better if there is only the earth there. Try to remove the other planet.
