Nice concept. Good exicution. maybe a little work could be done on the jam.
Or the lighting - forges tend to be lit with fire and have dramatic side-lighting. suger burns blue/green , so you could side light it with colours and have like candy-neo-noir lighting.

Thanks, yeah I had a heck of a time trying to get a jelly like liquid look that came out of the donut. And the lighting I did kind of slack off on and I think that your idea of a forge style lighting would probably look a lot better. If I go back to this at some point in the future I will be sure to implement those suggestions, along with also doing a better procedural texturing of the anvil, and texture painting of it as well.
