I just ask if there is a plugin for a female so you can just open it and have a common female, instead of making one over and over again…

Make or import the model then,
You could try using BPY_Exporter script.
Run the wizard and save your original mesh.
The saved .Py file will show up in ‘add’ in scripts menu,
or open the file in the text editor. Run the script to re_import model.
Or save the Generic Model in a .blend file and append.
