Wow! looks very nice! I’m working on a 3rd person game too.
One suggestion though, it looks weird how she has her arms kinda held out. She should have her arms at her sides, not sticking at a 45 degree angle.

Pooba, I beat you to it. Yesterday I sorted out the Stand animation. I hadn’t actually created the stand loop when those screen shots were made, So don’t worry, normally her arms are at her side, apart from when she shoots, when the other arm sort of goes out and back.
