The falling dart kind of object physics


I try to model the dart kind of object’s physics at free falling, when dart is dropped perpendicular attitude towards the gravity.

The attached .blend file has simplified physics, but the basic idea should be visible.

The falling object oscillate but less and less versus the speed.

Any ideas how to model the tail-wing size and tail length caused torque?
