.recently heard/saw …the opinion that no work was ever finished till either it was destroyed or the creator died…uuummmm…still…i guess this can go here…
did this model in “03…of a “sculpture” I did in '91…found objects,forged ,hand made parts,bits,pieces,stuff…stands 'bout 5’6”…250lbs…named Franklin Gardner…adapted from Jerzy Kosinsky’s book “Being There”…if ya get my drift…my Avatar before I even knew it…revisited recently to eliminate nasty background banding…and use a little ray mirror this time…so now I’m not so sure…

Very interesting piece. I think it deserves a scene. Maybe place it in a sculpture garden. Also, how about posting a picture of the actual sculpture?

…not one close-up picture…after all these years of service…glad you mentioned it…so here’s today…lost his lenses to wind perhaps…

I like the real sculpture. You have used some interesting bits to build him.
