Wie gefallen, would be asked like ‘wie geffallen dir die Bäume’ or something meaning ‘how do you like the trees’. The literal translation is a little different since english and german grammer rules are quite out of line, but it generally is a question on how much you enjoy or are pleased with something.

Just to add to the confusion (:eyebrowlift2:)
I actually say “zehn nach halb 10” quite often 
10:15 can be “viertel nach zehn” (quarter past) but also “viertel elf” (something like “a quarter of 11”), depending on the region you are living in. Also 10:45 is not only “viertel vor elf” but also “dreiviertel elf” (three quarters to eleven, so to speak).
Personally, I’d never say “JoghurtS” - I don’t think there is a plural form of “Sahne” or “Milch” either, is there?

I am also saying “zehn nach halb 10” quite often, too, and the “viertel nach zehn”/“viertel elf” issue gave me a hard time as I had a Berlin girlfriend.
I think JoghurtS is just wrong but I can’t help it Ever tried to pour Joghurt into a bowl and then count how many (or rather: how much) of it you have in there?

ok, that’s the problem with languages, they differ from region to region.
another funny thing: people in the area of Cologne would say that “Ich bin gerade Suppe am Kochen” is perfectly normal, though it is not gramattically correct. But it is slowly spreading over Germany and maybe in a few decades it will be approved as correct.
about the Joghurt-stuff: ever stood in a supermarket and wondered how many “Frucht-Joghurts” you should buy.

Today watched the show “Der Dativ ist dem Genitiv sein Tod.” after the same titled books, which in it self is wrong as it correctly write is like “Der Dativ ist des Genitivs Tod.”, but it was planed as example on the matter in it self containing.
