Not bad… we all need to start someplace :wink: Just one thing… why would the main character have a bow? It would seem that NASA could supply him with something a bit more… modern… :stuck_out_tongue:

His hair line starts a bit far back, and the texture lines around his arms, legs, and neck aren’t even. But it’s alright for a simple model. Continue with it.

One way is to purposely create your UV layout so that its very friendly to drawling a straight line. If the test grid can produce a straight line when you are rotating the UV “island”, then you can draw one. The second is to use a seam. Since you have two opposing sections coming together at that point you simply set up the model with a loop cut at that location. Then set that loop cut up as a seam and your good to go.
