The material behind my bottle is not show

I made a bottle, and I have a label on the back of the bottle. I made material for the inside of the label. The part is behind the bottle and faces my camera, but as you can see in the attached image when the label (and also cthe

ork) is behind the bottle, it is black. When I made a copy and brought it to the left side, as you can see, it clearly shows the material.

Welcome :tada:…

to optimize the computation time the amount of light bounces are restricted… if using some glass then you might/properly have to increase that value depending on the render engine you use…
( for cycles: Render Properties → Light Path → Max Bounces…)

Welcome!

Is the label’s geometry exactly superposed with the glass surface? If it is, move it slightly outside the glass, Cycles doesn’t like overlapping surfaces.

You may also be having the typical glass shadow problem. The way Cycles work, light has trouble going through glass materials. You can solve this by using the glass material trick:

This trick will replace the glass’ shadow with a transparent BSDF. This allows you to control the exact darkness of the shadow by changing the transparent color.

It was helpful and made it better,  and I can see that pattern, but it is not clear yet. If I increase the light, the front label becomes very white.

thanks, Okidoki

when I increase the light my front white label becomes a light wash and shows no texture. and what should I do with max Bounces as you see my setting in the new attached image?
thanks

For some glass the transparent and glossy bounces are important.

( I never was sure about if “Total” means “Maximimum” or “Sum”… anyway it’s some general restriction… so you may have to increase not only the other values but also this this accordingly/ as needed.)

Your refractive caustics are disabled. If you want light passing through glass, they are needed.

Also, I would increase the indirect clamping. The default of 10 is rather severe and can limit light in some cases.
