“The way out is to the right. But what’s to the left? That orange glow sure is strange… The only way to find out is to go deeper… But what will you find, I wonder?”
I came up with this idea a couple of days ago, and thought it would be interesting to make sort of a fantasy-inspired cave. It’s more on the realistic side, but I thought that adding the strange orange glow emanating from just beyond our view would give it that slight fantasy feel. I also added some quick bioluminescent mushrooms in the second render, just to see how it would look. Render time, at 1920 x 1080, was only about 30 minutes each.
