Nice, I like it, the ground and the weapons are well done , however the orc’s body looks like it needs more definition and the textures could be improved. The hair is well done, and so is the tree in the foreground, but the one in the back looks a bit too straight.
Good Job overall :).
Thanks otto riis for your comments
about the definition this is the original Orc
but i couldn’t make a good tanget normal map by any way
thanks for u again
WOW, could you post the Wire Frame?
Hi greenleaf52 thanks for your interest
the Wire for the normal model ( not sculpted )
here isthe Front
andthe Back
The Sculpted mesh is very dens but there is a screen for it too here
Hope they are useful
Thanks
Wow, that is amazing… What method of modeling did you use and which part of the body did you start work on first…
I can’t wait to see your next render… ![]()
thanks greenleaf52
I always start with the head ( ploy by poly ) modeling
then the body ( Box modeling )
after that i combine the two parts in one model
always the head has more Loops than the budy
so i must spent some time to combine them in acceptable way
the best way i found is spreading the loops that coming from the head
to the neck muscles
How long have you been doing 3D modeling and what got you started…
nice!!! I don’t see many landscape scenes done with blender, but this one is really good
Nice , Mohamed Taia
Yup, very nice work…
I hope you fix the normal map problem because I’m sure you’r not the only one facing it…
Cheers!
Hi
thanks for comments
@ greenleaf52 i was working on maya before blender
but i was interesting with rigging and skinning not the modeling
then i used blender . i think since version 2.35 or 2.37 can’t remember
this is my start on modeling
@ gat thank you i’m happy u like it
@ ibnyassen Thanks man
@ Jassar hope i can find a good way to make the tanget normal maps
i know it’s in the development so it will be in blender sooner or later
but i need a good solution until then
Thanks …
Have you tried any standalone normal map generator programs? There are many, I prefer DeNormGen (DE Normal Map Generator) but there is xNormal, ORB, Nvidia Melody and more… There is some discussion about those in here
Thanks S-T-S.
i tried xNormal it’s seems promising
my problem was the two models ( High & Low )
intersecting in many places so this intersecting parts isn’t calculated correctly
i have some questions by the way
sorry for the long post
and thanks for your effort
Hey,
This is really cool! Could you provide the blend file for it?
Thanks.
