The roulette

Hi all !
I’m working on a new graphic and I have a problem= I need your help.
The thing is that I want to have an image with HDRI lighting, but I don’t want to have this texture visible outside. So I want to have reflections on the model from picture number 1 but background from picture number 2( i used there a plane with texture but then there aren’t reflections). So my question is: HOW TO ACHIEVE IT?
PS. The best method for me will be to use plane with texture (I can then good fit texture to the image), a little problem with disappearing reflections.

Put the plain behind with white color and without Shadow, Bias, Radio, Shadbuf, Traceable (but with Shadless button ON)
