The universe and the internet

I’m wondering is it possible to get the same results on the internet as you would in quantum mechanics, I’m sure that the internet has a central core, seven kings, a teacher and everything else that civilization has. In freenet the data is dynamic and has a dark net, these data’s shows that the center is “moving” but never rest in one spot. Its connect but doesn’t go through a “central” core just as American democracy works. My question is how do I apply the same formula with the internet when it comes to browsing, how would I put the IP address in pratice with physics ?

This is almost like trying to match an apple with an orange, I don’t see a clear similarity between quantum mechanics and the internet to the point where we can talk in a sensible way of how one can prove or illustrate the other.

I believe the concept known as a neural network and ways it’s implemented to simulate a human brain would have more things in common here, quantum mechanics is a very strange field and could be the key to many technologies currently seen only in the realm of sci-fi (atoms that can be in multiple states or places at once for instance).

I assume a universal internet would be sharing something to gain something in return, like Alexandria library.
