The modeling and details are amazing, but the low contrast and dark lighting make them difficult to see. It’s already a great artwork, but it would be even better if the details were more visible.
I also really appreciate the short poem. It’s not every day when I see an artwork with such an attention to story building.

I agree. This is a classic scene idea – recently seen in the sequel to Disney’s Alice in Wonderland – and excellently designed. But there needs to be just a little bit of “global illumination” – a source of light coming from the front – so that we can in fact see those other delicious details as slightly more than silhouettes. (There’s quite a lot of detail in the foreground of your model that I can’t see at all.)
You might consider giving this additional source of illumination a non-white color. For instance, a bluish tint. This will work in contrast with your generally-reddish existing color palette, without overtly drawing attention to itself.
