Until 2.67 were colors defined under “any window > Theme Space Settings > Text” for each window.
Now it is merged under general “User Interface” > “Regular” > “Text” for all windows.

Does anybody know why?
It doesn’t seem like final decision. There are labels that do nothing for now.
Q2: Is there any access to see what style is used on spacific part? Somethink ike right click on a text?
It is hard for me to find the right category (it take me quite a lot of experimenting to get visual feedback for what is this label used.
