Here is my theme, I wanted something dark, but easy on the eyes, generally UI items have a slight blue tint to them, I could go through and describe every change but it would be faster for you to just check it yourself (for me and you), I am particularly fond of the text editor syntax colors just because they correspond with the colors that I use in notepad ++, try it out and let me know what you think.
