Well done. Quite realistic.
My favorite parts are the braids and the pose of the girl character.
If you want some ideas to improve the image, I would suggest removing the liquor bottles, narrowing the picture frame around the boy, possibly removing the pikachu (although I like it, so maybe make it barely visible in the front shadow of the chair at right), make one of the potted plants on the table with some dying foliage and position it so it is less symmetrical on the table.
