A friend of mine is writing a short film and it will be produced in the upcoming months, so I thought it would be fun to unofficially make a poster for her. Turns out, she liked it so much that she will be using it in her upcoming marketing campaign! Really happy with out it turned out.
Rendered in Blender Cycles for around 11-14 hours each.
Seriously fantastic, very realistic and appealing. Is the film about solvent abuse or something?
I’m wondering what the message is too, not sure it’s solvent abuse though. I can’t quite decipher it - Is it a Bodice, a Wine Glass or an Hourglass?
I found the website although I can’t really see any clues on there.
I really like the render and the subtle blue/red colour grade on the highlights and shadows.

Thanks guys. Wagawagawoo, the lighter is in the shape of an hourglass, with a drop of liquid representing the falling sand.
On another note, here is the original that I sent for approval, which she decided should be much more beat up and abused looking.
