The further instruction is for ATI Tray tools - if you are not using Catalyst. For Catalyst, enabling Temporal AA and AAA should be enough.
Btw, this is my myProfile.xml Catalyst setting - just for your reference. This file location:
C:\Documents and Settings\ [your name] \Local Settings\Application Data\ATI\ACE\Profiles
myProfile.xml << right click and “save target”
3 lamps OK are fine. More than 3 lamps will still causing “black” objects.

okay so i set it up with catylist (not sure how to spell that dont feel like looking it up) then installed the game morrowind played ti for about 3hours then shut down my computer for the night the next day I turn on my computer and open up blender and it starts acting up again all of the settings are the same and everything
please help

Maybe you forgot to save the profile. Ex: I have 2 profile. 1 for Blender (with TAA & AAA enabled and another for high performance gaming profile)

A little NOTE to add…
On my 9600xt, while enabling TAA and AAA, sculpting and painting will not work. By having 2 profiles, I can simply enable and disable TAA and AAA. While sculpting and painting, I will not enable GLSL.
