so i attached a new image to the first post of my thread and the thumbnail is still not changing.

I might be incorrect on this, but I believe that the thread thumbnail uses the first image/thumbnail in your post. Try inserting the other thumbnail first or simply remove the old one from the post.
okay it worked after i deleted the other one, but why didn’t it work before it did say “attached THUMBNAILS”.
I’m pretty sure that means “thumbnails of your attached images”. Yeah… it’s not particularly clear, but I believe that’s because the thread thumbnail feature is a plug-in for vbulletin, so it’s overloading the terminology a bit.
