the text on those tags should be painted too.

yeah i can work on those tags.
hmm…its not any particular technic,its just a painting done in photoshop,shoted a photo of my foot for reference,worked with lot of b/w layers,and thats it.
btw,i have added a 2D traditional area in my site,showing some of my traditional works,oil on canvas,70x60 cm,i have posted some of them here,but i re-shooted them with better light,i dont want to post a new topic so,check my site if you like.
