im trying to created a blur effect using the node editor, can someone help me with how to introduce a time control over this effect im creating? can this be done in the node editor or is there some way to do this utilizing keyframes? thanks for any suggestions
If you’re using 2.4x, the only way to add time control in the compositor is to use the Time node. It’s takes a few seconds to figure out how it works, but it’s pretty straightforward.
In 2.5x, you can still use the Time node, but we also have the ability to directly keyframe values in nodes. Either right-click the value and choose Insert Keyframe or just hover your mouse over the value and press I.
