in IPO, I’ve made my animations.But is there a mean to increase speed of the time , so that all objects of the speed move slower during a time , and normal time for another time?
Edit the Time IPO for your object by selecting Time on the right side of the IPO window, then Ctrl-LMB to add points on the IPO plot. Play around, it will make sense quickly enough.
