This an old project that never made it to the final product, so I decided to finish it in my free time. In this case, I went through the whole process of designing the horse/bat/dog thing, modeling it, developing textures and shaders, rigging, lighting, render and post pro. About the skeleton, I took a base mesh made by a colleague, modified the face, hands and sword, and did the texturing / shading , rigging and posing.
