I did it for an Italian contest called “Ghosts at the Cemetery”.
I was inspired from Monument to the famous Victorian bare-knuckle boxer, Thomas Sayers (1826-1865) in Highgate (Western) Cemetery, England.
Blender, Cycles, 1500 Samples.
Some post-pro with Krita
I looked up the boxer and he’s a white person without a beard. Here he looks afro-american with a beard.
Dogs anatomy isn’t good. The paws look like lumps. The shoulders of the dog are on the wrong place. There are more stuff wrong with the anatomy.
The other stuff looks great. Love the concrete material and the plants.
This looks amazing. I find the disproportionately low amount of positive comments here extremely frightening, if something this good can’t get a ton of positive attention, then I need to just give up. =P
Constructive critique. Learn how to embrace it and you will be a better artist. Many on blenderartists have yet to learn this skill.
