Toggle between Stereo and Nonstereo Rendering in BGE

Hi guys,
I am working on a VR System using Blender an Raspberry Pi. Everything is working fine for so far. But I have a question:
I just rendered an intro video for my application. It is is a side by side stereo video. I want to run it before the game starts. So I moved the video to an extra scene. My problem is that when I activate Stereo Rendering in the Game Engine, it is also activated in the intro and I get a ‘Double Stereo’ when intro is running (I get four images). Does anyone of you know how to solve this?

i don’ have VR device or any idea but I assume you could try blenderVR, the project might show you how to fix your prblem
