Toggle system console with keyboard shortcut?

Is there a way to toggle the system console with a keyboard shortcut or assign this action to one? I didn’t find anything User Preferences, Input.

Go to Help > Toggle System Console

Right click and select Add Shortcut then assign it to a desired shortcut, it wont work if the hot-key is already used in the window your mouse in hovering over. It also will not work if Blender is not the active program.
