If you’re trying for glow-style then it isn’t too much glow – I’d even increase the glow on the ground-lines. If this isn’t supposed to be a glow-style then it’s way too much glow IMHO. Or were you asking about something else?
Really nice design + modelling. Wouldn’t change anything from the waist down. The blur/glare does obscure the lines of the torso a little uniformly, so maybe pick a focal point for the distortion? The biggest thing for me is I think her expression/hair needs to compete, somehow, with the rest of her. There’s a sculpted attention to the calves/hips/boots that completely stands up against the neon background without being cartoonish - look at her from the neck down, and yep, she’s REAL, you’ve met this lady. Maybe at a club, maybe on the way out of one, wearing a stolen FBI jacket. But her face, to me, is a little mask-like, which would be fine I think for a Fortnite skin, but for something this well-composed, feels like it should also be able to make a field agent somewhere wonder where the hell his jacket went. (Ha! Just saw this was from a year ago - came up as a “topic” I’d be interested in. They were right, but sorry for the late reply.)
From the neck down she’s a decent sculpt, but the underboob is excessive. Her shirt ends right where her nipples are - in the real world, women can’t wear clothing like that without causing a wardrobe malfunction. Granted, underboob shirts are strictly an “art trope” for this reason: no real woman would wear it out because no real woman can wear it out.
If you want to keep the underboob look, I’d either make it a bit longer (pretty sure I see some nipple), or push it all the way and make the nipples all the way visible.
On the other hand, if you were asking about the glow background, that turned out awesome.
I see this as an attempt to re-create the look and feel of “airbrush art,” and as such I think that it is very successful. Except – unless you are specifically going for a “soft porn” angle – no woman would actually wear a top that leaves the bottom half of her breasts uncovered.
Unless there’s a particular reason why you want to keep the “12,” what occurs to me is all those artistic strategies that were used in 1940’s-era “pin-up girls.” However, I am certainly no prude, and I could also be happy with the treatment you now have.
