Hello,

When I add a sphere or circle in object or edit mode, there used to be an “Add Circle” or “Add X” in the Tool panel on the left side.

The object has just been created, it is still selected. So, where did my “Add X” go and how do I get it back? Is there another way to adjust the number of segments?

I have tried to move the other panels around to see if it got blocked, but it appears it is just not there.

When you add an object you can see the options in the bottom of the toolshelf or by pressing F6

If you don’t see them in the toolshelf because you have removed the operator section, press the small + symbol at the bottom to expand the tool options.
If you still don’t see show us screenshots and example blend file.

Note that if you do any other operation that removes the tool options there is NO WAY to get them back.

Thanks Richard! I will try that. I figured I had probably disabled something by mistake. My object was just created, and I didn’t click anything else or de-select the newly created object.

Thanks again! I found the “+” symbol…I must have accidentally covered it up. It’s also helpful to know about F6!!! MUCH appreciation!
