Hi, this is my first post on this forum and I am in a need of a help. Being that I’m new to 3D modeling and I am mostly interested in CGI animations I don’t know what ‘‘things’’ do i need?
Do i need penpad, or something like that so i can begin with modeling? Or any other ‘‘hardware’’?
Basiacally what do i need to get started?

For modeling, no. Just your keyboard and mouse.
A penpad (I assume that means graphics tablet) is of help to advanced users for doing 2D artwork, but I don’t think it helps with 3D modeling.
If you are just starting with modeling I’d recommend beginner tutorials for getting started.

Like what GodOfBigThings said, a tablet is only needed if your drawing/painting 2D things.
Only thing you will need is a working computer (which I assume you have), some perseverance, and willingness to learn.
I’m pretty much new to the forums and modeling too, so high five for being noobs!
