Hi, is there any way to define toon edge thickness? In the post processing tab i can only set the edge color and treshold value - which sets how detailed the outlines will be. But there is no way to set how the basic outline is thick. It’s always the same, so when i render small image it’s way too thick and vice versa. Any solutions?

You can try to recreate the outline effect with node materials working with normals, but it´s not really satisfying.
You can also try to make a renderlayer just for the toon edges and composite them in the final render, not really sastisfying either.
Well, that’s a bummer… I already tried to tweak it somehow with nodes, but with no success, lots of weird artifacts also… thanks for the reply anyway.
Take a look at the freestyle build of Blender. You can get similar edges with many many many more features! Look for a build on graphicall.org
