toon shading question

is there any way i can get the black shading on toon shading…like the game viewtiful joe…

its possible to do toon shading in blender but i dout it would be that quality of outlining. just turn on edges and play with the toon shaders. toy should get something nice.

ive been tinkering with toon shading for a while now
i just wanted to know if there was a way to get the black shading (aka, the darker colour of the 3 colours to be black)
