Hrm. No offense but that’s not very good. The lipsync doesn’t match up at all and he doesn’t move anything except his lips. You might want to try reading Hos’s lipsync tutorial: http://blenderchar.weirdhat.com/lipsynctute/

Thanks for the comments thats very nice. If it was my model I wouldnt mind the animation being bad. But using someone elses model its not very fair. I will try to work on it and repost next weekend. Thanks for the encouragement, I will improve it and return.
