I like it. There’s just something a bit odd with the metarial of the character’s shirt, it’s not really realistic. The texture of the lamps is not very realistic either, I would try to make more of a dark-chrome material. The building’s material could also have a little glossy shader mixed to it, and a displacement modifier (check out BlenderGuru’s tutorials, they’re great, if you don’t already know them:))
Otherwise I love the style, especially the wet road. You’ve done a great job, considering the difficulty of making an urban scene:)
