i downloaded Topix cloth for blender but i have no clue on how to use the script or where to put the files inside the zip file is :
cloth.blend
topix.dll
TOPIX_cloth_v1_1.c
topixmodule.c
That script must be used with an older version of Blender, and it triggers memory holes in the Python API, so I strongly suggest against using it.
Anyway, it only does spherical collision detection, so it’s probably not what you are looking for anyway.

do you know if there is another plugin that what be better for cloth sim or any that would work?
there isn’t a better (or really any) solution
