Topology


Does this have good topology? If note, can u tell what is wrong with it and i need help in getting rid of the triangles

It depends :slight_smile: it’s decent flat topology, no n-cons that I can see, but if you’re trying to make a character face, it’s not going to work for that well at all. If you’re just leaving this flat, or mostly planar, you’ll be fine :slight_smile:

its more of a porcelain mask that im trying to run into 3d instead of flat

Your edge loops should follow the natural contours of the form you are modelling.

For this i would also just make the rough outline make an big n-gon, inset, delte inner n-gon and push this into the y axis step by step maybe with proportional editing to get 3D right… then continue either make an addition inner n-gon like before or add some square /octagon for the eyes, move into Y and connect plogons…

Doesn’t look this funny to have your Blender-GUI-screenshot as reference image in 3D … :rofl:
