After watching Kent Tremmell’s wonderful tutorials about a billion times I decided to make a go at it and combine the two… sort of. I sculpted the body in dynotopo, retoped it, painted the textures, set up my lighting and SSS, and than combined it all in photoshop (where I also did color correction and some fixes to my raw tender) instead of blender composeting. It was also rendered in blender internal.
A lot of issues with it but this is my best render to date! We will see how I feel about it in a month.
