Sorry for the long post totally new, I did not know things like blender even existed till 3 months ago. I was in the airforce basic training and found out that I had really bad neurological issue or damage and can no longer work. I always was fanatisnatied by the serious Initial D anime show and always wanted to make my own. But never thought it was possible unless you had a billion dollars and hundreds of poeple. I am trying to use blender as way to recoporate and build cognition, I do have some tech skills, i did things like C and python years back and comfortable with technology. I was looking at a microsoft surface go and wondering if that was good for 2d half 3d stuff. Any tutorials or recommandition on what tutorials would be appreciated to make the anime style car movie. Or what hardware and software is needed. hopefully something hardware i can carry with me to doctor appointments. Once again i would like to use a pen style drawing interface helps with cognition.
